Green Imperial Sea Moss

Instructions: Rinse the raw seamoss thoroughly, soak in spring water overnight, then blend in purified or spring water.

Imperial Sea Moss Gel can be used as a thickener so 1-2 teaspoon full is usually enough to add. It can be used in smoothies, tea, oatmeal, salad dressing, and can be consumed with anything raw or cooked. It can be used with natural supplements like bladder wrack, black seed oil, coconut oil, wheat grass etc.... & if time doesn’t permit to blend it then 1-2 teaspoon full will still work just the same.
