Instructions: Rinse the raw seamoss thoroughly, soak in SPRING WATER overnight, then blend in PURIFIED or SPRING WATER.

When made into a gel it is tasteless, therefor whatever it is combined with is what it'll taste like. It is also a thickener so 1-2 teaspoon fulls is usually enough to add. It can be used in smoothies, tea, oatmeal, salad dressing, and can be consumed with anything raw or cooked. It can be used with natural supplements like bladderwrack, black seed oil, coconut oil, wheat grass etc.... & if time doesn't permit to blend it then 1-2 teaspoon fulls will still work just the same.
