When made into a gel it is tasteless, therefore whatever it is combined with is what it'll taste like. It is also a thickener so 1-2 teaspoon full is usually enough to add. It can be used in smoothies, tea, oatmeal, salad dressing, and can be consumed with anything raw or cooked. It can be used with natural supplements like bladderwrack, black seed oil, coconut oil, wheat grass etc.... & if time doesn't permit to blend it then 1-2 teaspoon of gel will still work just the same.
